Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating industrial machines, monitoring production output, and ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery in a production setting
• Maintain consistent production flow and report any issues or downtime
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical problems
• Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet production standards
• Accurately document production data and maintain logs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety regulations
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and other general labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read and follow work orders, diagrams, and safety instructions
• Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
