Job summary

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Machine Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Portage, IN. This role covers operating and monitoring production and packaging machines across 2nd and 3rd shifts with weekly pay.

You will perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting, complete daily paperwork, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred and a strong mechanical aptitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (food production a plus).
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machines.
• Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
