Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized food manufacturing equipment including Texwrap, CASAN, Wexxar, ADCO and Quantum systems.
• Conduct operator checks and perform minor maintenance to prevent equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality control checks (seal integrity, code dates, product specifications).
• Adjust machine settings to maintain high product quality.
• Accurately record production data, batch timings, and machine settings.
• Complete required documentation for QA and production tracking.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production line efficiency.
