Job summary

Re-Bath, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. Pay starts at $18.00-$19.00 per hour DOE, with full-time hours and strict safety and quality standards.

This on-site role involves setting up thermoforming equipment, feeding materials, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. You'll work Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM with occasional overtime, collaborating with a team to produce high-quality bathroom components and support other

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable working with hands in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic thermoforming machines.
• Load and inspect plastic materials prior to processing.
• Monitor machine performance and identify defects or malfunctions.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Complete required quality assurance documentation.
• Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.
• Communicate scrap, defects, or equipment concerns to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other departments as needed.
