Job summary

Re-Bath is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on the second shift. This role involves operating plastic thermoforming equipment, loading materials, and performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

You will work in a collaborative environment, follow safety procedures, and contribute to timely production with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable working with hands in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic thermoforming machines.
• Load and inspect plastic materials prior to processing.
• Monitor machine performance and identify defects or malfunctions.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Complete required quality assurance documentation.
• Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.
• Communicate scrap, defects, or equipment concerns to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other departments as needed.

Pay: Starting at $18.00–$19.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Second Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) | Occasional overtime as needed
Location: On-Site
