Job summary

Home Brands Group LLC is seeking a motivated Bathroom Remodel Apprentice to learn a skilled trade alongside experienced installers in residential projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of bathroom remodeling while developing the skills to advance into a Lead Installer role.

We provide training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed, with travel up to 25% and a path to career growth within Re-Bath and related brands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver''s license with acceptable MVR.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Able to lift, carry, and move construction materials in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects.
• Perform demolition and job site preparation.
• Support basic plumbing installation and repairs.
• Assist with tile preparation and installation.
• Hang and finish drywall.
• Assist with carpentry and cabinetry installation.
• Perform painting and finishing work.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working in customers'' homes.
• Travel to job sites as needed.

About the Role

As a Bathroom Remodel Apprentice, you\'ll work alongside experienced installers, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of residential bathroom remodeling while developing the skills needed to advance into a Lead Installer role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six (6) months or more of remodeling, construction, or skilled trade experience.
• Personal truck or reliable transportation preferred.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
