Home Brands Group LLC in Morganton, NC is seeking a Bathroom Remodel Apprentice to learn a skilled trade alongside experienced installers in residential bathroom remodeling. You will gain hands-on experience across demolition, plumbing, tile work, drywall, carpentry, and finishing tasks.

We provide mentorship and training to help you advance into a Lead Installer role. The position may require travel up to 25% as business needs require, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Dependable, punctual, eager to learn.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and move construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects.
• Perform demolition and job site preparation.
• Support basic plumbing installation and repairs.
• Assist with tile preparation and installation.
• Hang and finish drywall.
• Assist with carpentry and cabinetry installation.
• Perform painting and finishing work.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in customers' homes.
• Travel to job sites as needed.

About the Role

As a Bathroom Remodel Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced installers, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of residential bathroom remodeling while developing the skills needed to advance into a Lead Installer role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six (6) months or more of remodeling, construction, or skilled trade experience.
• Personal truck or reliable transportation preferred.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
