Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot Die Cutting Machines.
• Ensure products meet quality standards with attention to detail.
• Read and interpret client work orders accurately.
• Perform shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks.
• Pull orders for customers and prepare for delivery.
• Cross-train on various machines to support production needs.
• Make minor adjustments and program changes at the machine as needed.

Express is now hiring a Day Shift Machine Operator for a reputable manufacturing facility in Lawrence, PA. This full-time role is perfect for candidates with machine operating, warehouse, or forklift experience looking to build a long-term career. You’ll receive one-on-one training from experienced machinists who are dedicated to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot Die Cutting Machines

• Ensure products meet quality standards with attention to detail

• Read and interpret client work orders accurately

• Perform shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks

• Pull orders for customers and prepare for delivery

• Cross-train on various machines to support production needs

• Make minor adjustments and program changes at the machine as needed

Qualifications:

• Machine Operator experience required

• Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $17.00/hour
