Job summary

US TECH FORCE is seeking a Machine Operator to join a growing team in Wisconsin. You will use calipers and rulers to inspect products, maintain quality, and lift 20–30 pounds while working on one of two shifts.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a clean, safe manufacturing environment. Forklift operation may be required and benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage.

US TECH FORCE is currently looking for a Machine Operatorto join a growing team!

As a Machine Operator you will have the chance to apply your knowledge, learn new skills, and work as a team within a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role has experience in the manufacturing sector, pays strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety.

Hours:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4pm-2am

Wage: $17 – $18 depending on shift

Machine Operator requirements:

• Must have an eye for quality and measurement along with the ability to consistently lift between 20-30 pounds.
• ability to use calipers and ruler to inspect product quality.
• Understand and utilize basic math skills, including decimals and reading measurements
• Experience using a caliper or other related measuring equipment
• Basic reading andwriting
• Must have ability to maintain and be authorized to operate forklift and/or other power industrial trucks.
