Job description

Job Title: Machine Operator

Third Shift

Monday - Friday, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee machine operations
2. Perform basic adjustments and troubleshooting
3. Follow all cGMP and safety protocols
4. Conduct product changeovers and material changes
5. Read, log, and document dates, lot numbers, and product counts
6. Record downtime and reasons for downtime
7. Weigh, label, and document all materials
8. Conduct quality checks and report damaged products or leaks to QC
9. Collaborate with maintenance on machine issues
10. Assist with logs and cleaning of the area
11. Requisition materials from the warehouse

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of basic math and counts
• Effective communication skills with team members and supervisors
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Prior manufacturing experience as a machine operator
