Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group in California is looking for a Machine Operator to support an efficient, multi-department production line. You will be trained across departments, operating band saws, sanders, and press machines, while helping meet daily targets.

The role requires 2+ years in production, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Training is 4–5 months with 5:00 AM–1:30 PM start; post-training shifts may move to 8:00 AM–5:30 PM with OT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Production or Machine Operation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and work from drawings or blueprints.
• Solid math and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven history of excellent attendance and reliability.
