This role offers cross-training in every department to ensure long-term stability and career advancement. This fast-paced role requires a strong sense of urgency to keep production running smoothly and on time.

Schedule & Hours:

• Status: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (plus overtime)
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Training Hours (First 4–5 months): 1st Shift, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (or up to 3:30 PM for OT)
• Post-Training Hours: Shifts may transition to 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM once fully trained.
