Available Shifts

Shift 1: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Shift 2: Thursday through Sunday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure industrial equipment runs safely and at peak efficiency.
• Execute tasks based on provided production guidelines, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Configure and manage machinery in alignment with standard operational protocols.
• Oversee equipment performance during cycles to proactively identify and ?> potential malfunctions.
• Verify that completed items adhere to strict quality standards and production benchmarks.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety protocols and keeping the workspace tidy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the team hits daily production targets.
• Support general production tasks and machine-related functions as necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior background in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Demonstrated history of success in a Machine Operator role.
• Capacity to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Comfortable performing tasks in a dynamic, hands-on production facility.
• Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, and kneel throughout your shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following precise instructions.
