Pay: $18.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Position Summary

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a baler machine used in the processing of recyclable materials. Your duties will include machine monitoring, maintenance, and ensuring efficient and safe operation throughout each shift.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities

• Operate baler machine to compress and bundle recyclable materials.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
• Inspect baled materials for consistency and quality.
• Follow all safety protocols and report any malfunctions immediately.
• Assist with general warehouse or recycling center duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous machine operation experience required; baler machine experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
