Position: Bore Machine Operator
Location: Various Work Sites near Parker, CO | Compensation: $22.00 – $28.00/hr
Maverix Broadband is a leading provider of high-speed broadband services, committed to delivering cutting-edge fiber optic networks to communities across the region. We're expanding rapidly and looking for dedicated Bore Machine Operators to be a part of our dynamic, forward-thinking team.

As a Bore Machine Operator at Maverix, you'll support our network expansion by working on job sites, mastering boring techniques, and operating heavy machinery. With hard work and initiative, you’ll have opportunities to lead your own crew and manage projects.
Verify bore locations and depths for safety and accuracy.
Monitor gauges and drilling conditions, making adjustments as needed.
Choose and operate appropriate drills based on soil and rock conditions.
Control machine positioning, drilling speed, pressure, and alignment.
Drill or bore holes for fiber network routing and foundational work.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assemble equipment using hand and power tools.
Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a safe, efficient worksite.
Class A or B CDL License with a clean driving record.
1–2 years of experience operating boring/drilling machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to work outdoors full-time and meet physical job demands.
Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Ability to walk up to 3 miles daily across varied terrain.
Drive to and from work sites and partner agencies.
Must adhere to OSHA, state, and local safety regulations.
