We Need Someone Who Can

Here at Schwan's Company, safety, cleanliness, and health are top priorities. We seek individuals who take these seriously.

• 1-2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Lift up to 50 lbs., bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, and other activities as needed
• Stand and walk on concrete for long periods and work in varying temperatures
• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision
• Communicate and problem-solve with coworkers; perform basic math
• Obtain necessary production specifications
• Relay information effectively across all employee levels, including management
• Work different hours, including overtime or weekends, based on production needs
• Complete a post-offer background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Setup and pre-run equipment to ensure proper startup
• Control line speeds, production rates, and equipment operations
• Perform quality checks
• Complete required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP) using SAP SOPs
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as bump caps, safety glasses, ear plugs, hair and beard nets, gloves, and safety shoes
• Conduct yourself according to company standards and policies
