Job Description

Currently seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time, temporary to permanent position in North Attleboro, MA.

Responsibilities of Machine Operator:

1. Set up and operate solder machines, furnaces, and other manufacturing equipment.
2. Perform operations including pin-stem, fusion, and dapping.
3. Load materials into machines, keeping orders separated.
4. Unload materials and bring them to the next station.
5. Clean machines as needed.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Conduct other tasks as assigned.

Requirements of Machine Operator:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous soldering experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Great attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks.

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:45 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
