Job Summary:

This position involves maintaining daily production inside a clean room environment. Responsibilities include clearing faults, replenishing materials to automated equipment, starting up machines, and making minor adjustments to ensure acceptable product quality. Candidates must wear protective clothing and uphold high personal hygiene standards as per local procedures to minimize product contamination.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Clear faults, replenish materials to automated equipment, start machines, and make minor adjustments to produce acceptable products.

  • Wear protective clothing and maintain high personal hygiene to reduce contamination of products.

  • Respond to machine faults by identifying causes, reacting appropriately, and recovering the machine as needed.

  • Monitor material levels and replenish as required for effective automated equipment operation.

  • Meet daily production schedules and quality standards by following work and safety instructions.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the group leader or supervisor.

  • Accurately complete all GMP paperwork to track, log, and monitor production activities.

  • Restart machines after faults by following SOP procedures and sequences, referring to the light tower for machine status.

  • Visually inspect component parts to ensure compliance with current quality standards.

  • Work safely to prevent injuries by adhering to safety procedures and observing hazardous situations.

  • Clean production equipment using proper techniques and personal protective equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Assist in training other Machine Operators.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Comply with all ISO 14001 environmental management system requirements.

  • Follow internal environmental management system protocols as applicable.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a production environment.
