Job Summary

Ensure raw materials meet ISO quality standards before use. Operate machinery to produce parts or finished products, ensuring materials are compatible with the machine and the production requirements.

Essential Functions

• Comply with all safety policies and use safety equipment.
• Follow the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008).
• Assist in meeting daily production goals.
• Understand machine capabilities and ensure proper calibration.
• Follow operational instructions carefully.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Experience with various machine operations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Working Conditions

• Standing for 8-hour shifts.
• Heavy lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Salary

Starting at $16.50/hr, based on experience.
