Job summary

IQ Resource Group is hiring a Machine Operator in Dodge Center, MN. This position includes building and assembling mixers and requires operating multiple pieces of equipment to ensure high-quality production.

Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour. The shift is days, Monday through Thursday from 6:30am to 5pm with some Friday overtime. Benefits upon hire include health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and a 401(k) with matching contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator.
• Knowledge of Production Procedures.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
• Perform necessary pre-operation activities for proper equipment startup and operation.
• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels.
• Housekeeping and sanitation.

Pay: $18-22/hr

Shift: Days are M-Th 6:30am-5pm with some Friday OT as needed.

Essential Duties:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment
• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
• Housekeeping and sanitation
