Job summary

Aerotek is hiring machine operators for Milan, MI to start ASAP. This contract-to-hire role involves loading and operating production machinery to manufacture metal components, with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (Day 6AM-6PM, Night 6PM-6AM).

Starting pay is $17/hr with increases to $18-$19 after 90 days and $20-$22 when you can run multiple machines, plus onsite benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate production machinery to manufacture metal components.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform routine inspections of parts to meet quality standards using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Maintain accurate production records.

Hiring Machine Operators in Milan, MI to start ASAP!

Pay Rate

• Day Shift/Night Shift: $17/hr

Pay increase to $18-$19/hr after 90 days.

Pay increase to $20-$22/hr upon ability to run multiple machines at once.

Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3

• Day Shift: 6AM-6PM
• Night Shift: 6PM-6AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
