Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a manufacturing team member to support daily production activities and maintain safety standards on site in Marshfield, Wisconsin. You will perform basic repairs using hand tools, conduct safety checks, and work with teammates to ensure smooth operations while adhering to PPE requirements.

Ideal candidates may have one year of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a willingness to learn and pass necessary background/drug screening

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Be comfortable with physical requirements (lifting, kneeling, stooping).
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Job description

• Craft and make basic repairs with various hand tools (I.E tape measure and various power tools).
• Perform safety checks and assessments on product and materials.
• Support other team members through collaboration and clear and concise communication skills.
• Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Day-to-day direction provided by supervisor.

Physical Requirements

• Work with products up to 60lbs throughout the day.
• Occasionally pushing/pulling 100lbs.
• Be comfortable with kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting and sitting throughout the day.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn.
