Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $22.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differential

We are hiring for a Machine Operator to help produce biscuits, hotcakes, and McGriddles at our Louisville, KY facility. You will report to the department Team Lead.

• 3rd shift - 10 PM - 6 AM
• Location: Onsite at our Louisville, KY plant
• Hourly Rate: $22.45 + $0.75, overtime as scheduled (daily and weekend)

Responsibilities of a Machine Operator:

• Operate various machines and equipment, prioritizing safety at all times
• Complete quality checks and documentation, observing standard procedures
• Support production demand and maintain product quality standards in collaboration with Quality, Production Supervisors, and Coordinators
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Identify and escalate food safety risks
• Perform cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of GMPs and safety protocols (preferred)
• Understanding of basic machine operations and settings
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to push or pull objects up to 10 pounds frequently
