Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Mission, TX
Pay Range: $14 (1st shift) $14.25 (2nd shift) $14.50(3rd Shift)
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm)
2nd Shift( Monday - Friday 2PM to 10PM)
3rd Shift (Monday - Friday 10PM to 6AM)
Perform mold changes, including setup and removal, following safety guidelines
Connect and troubleshoot water, hydraulic, and air lines, as well as hot runner controllers
Install end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) and participate in continuous improvement activities
Maintain accurate mold and tool locations and prepare molds for production runs
Perform basic preventive maintenance, clean molds, and address mechanical or operational issues
High School diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred
Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an injection molding environment
Familiarity with connecting and troubleshooting water, hydraulic, and air lines, as well as hot runner controllers
Experience using material handling equipment such as cranes, hoists, pallet jacks, and tool carts
Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic diagrams and schematics
