Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a microbiology manufacturing client in finding a Machine Operator to join the Production Department. The role involves following SOPs, safely operating machines, and maintaining a clean work area to ensure quality and compliance.

Strong attention to detail and safety are required. Typical pay is $20.70 per hour with a weekend W/E Day Shift on Fri, Sat and Sun from 6am-6:30pm (36 hours paid as 40).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production processes by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently, making adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and work area
• Document work activities accurately, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to supervisors

As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow safety protocols, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20.70

Shift:

• W/E Day Shift Fri, Sat and Sun Time 6am-630pm - Work 36 hours and get paid for 40
