Machine Operators work as part of a team to ensure the safe operation of automation systems and injection molding machines, creating quality products. Operators follow all safety and environmental policies and work 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am), including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Your Job

Operate automation systems and injection molding machines, perform routine maintenance, conduct quality checks, and assist with equipment operation and repair.

Compensation

Starting at $22 per hour, including shift differential.

What You Will Do

• Operate mobile equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and changeovers
• Conduct inventory checks and order components
• Ensure product quality through inspections

Who You Are

• Experience with computers or smart devices in a work setting
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related environments OR completed post-high school education in a manufacturing/industrial program
