Job summary

Mycompas in Latrobe, PA is hiring for multiple Machine Operator positions in a plastics manufacturing environment. No prior experience required; client will train. Several shifts available with weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

You will perform visual inspections, package products, operate equipment, and follow startup/shutdown procedures. Must be able to stand 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a), lift up to 20 lbs, and have reliable transportation. Equal Opportunity Employer.

We’re filling several Machine Operator Positions in the Latrobe area for a plastics manufacturing company that requires no prior experience…client will train! Multiple shifts available with weekly pay!

Machine Operator role includes:

• Perform careful visual inspections to ensure high quality
• Package products as directed; label & prepare product to standards
• Understand&operate all equipment in the workstation
• Stand&walk for an extended period
• Follow procedures for proper startup & shutdown of equipment
• No experience required

Machine Operator Background & Benefits:

• Must be able to stand on feet for shift
• Must be able tolift 20lbs.
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Basic math skills and ability to read an analog clock
• 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p $15.25 /hour 7p-7a $17.75
• Work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule for a total of 14 days a month
