Job summary

Mycompas in Latrobe, PA is hiring Manufacturing / Production Workers with no prior experience required. Training provided. 12-hour shifts available with day and night options, weekly pay, and 50-cent per hour performance bonus.

Weekend overtime bonuses up to $100 are offered. Benefits include medical and dental insurance and a background check is required. These roles follow a 2-2-3 schedule with 14 working days per month; every other week includes OT, and every other week includes Fri–Sun off.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math skills required for counting and measurements.
• Reliable transportation required to report to work.
• Must be able to pass a background check and maintain good work history.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform careful visual inspections to ensure high quality products.
• Package products as directed, label and prepare product to standards.
• Understand and operate all equipment in the workstation.
• Stand and walk for an extended period during shifts.
• Follow procedures for proper startup and shutdown of equipment.

We’re hiring Manufacturing / Production Worker positions in the Latrobe area, for a plastics manufacturing company that requires no prior experience. Training is provided. Daylight & Overnight shifts available with weekly pay. $.50 per hour performance bonus! Weekend OT Bonuses offered up to $100!

These Manufacturing / Production Worker positions require a 2-2-3 schedule. Benefits are only working 14 days a month, every other week you get OT, and every other week you have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!

Manufacturing / Production Worker roles:
