Job summary

Private Company in Kentucky is seeking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Machine Operators to install, run, and repair a complex automated system. The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude and prior machine repair experience, either personal or professional.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and fix a multi-spindle automation setup that performs drilling, tapping, cutting, and marking concurrently. Training is provided, and candidates with experience in engine or HVAC repair will fit the criteria.

Qualifications

• Prior machine repair experience (personal or professional).
• Experience disassembling and diagnosing industrial machines.
• Ability to handle simultaneous multi-spindle machining setups.

Responsibilities

• Operate and fix a completely custom automation machine that drills, taps, cuts, and marks parts concurrently.
• Set up complex machines (8–36 hours) and perform troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Training will be provided for this role.

Must have prior (personal or professional machine repair experience).

Prior Experience Examples:

• Engine repairs (such as timing belt or head gasket replacement). Must be more than just replacing brakes/tires/oil.
• HVAC repair.
• Anything involving disassembling an industrial machine, diagnosing the problem, and reassembling.
• Simultaneous multi-spindle machining setups

Job entails complicated machine setups (8-36 hours), operating, and fixing a completely custom million dollar automation machine which drills, taps, cuts, and marks parts all at the same time. Training will be provided, however job requires prior mechanical aptitude. If you can do a car engine head gasket job, you meet the criteria.
