Job summary

Commercial Metals Company in Fort Myers is seeking a production operator to work in our fabrication and production environment. You will operate control stations, maintain equipment and ensure quality materials used in production.

The role requires at least 1 year in the industry, strong English, and a High School Diploma or equivalent; on-site training is provided. CMC offers day-one benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement that help you grow within our manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year industry experience is preferred.
• English language proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate control station and header cart.
• Ensure machine is clean and in good working order.
• Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement).
• Supply machine with necessary components to make product.
• Produce quality product.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on production and concrete batching machinery.
