Job summary

3M in Hutchinson, MN is seeking a Machine Operator to run automated assembly equipment, package products, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. You will use 3M computer systems to track production cycles, coordinate with coworkers and supervisors, and participate in continuous improvement.

The shift mix includes 2nd and 3rd shifts with differential pay. Benefits start on day one and include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid
