Job Description and Requirements

Position: Full-time Offline Die Cutter - Machine Operator at our TC Huntley plant. Responsibilities include setup, production, and quality standards, including food safety, product appearance, and efficiency. Training will be provided.

Schedule: Evening shift, 3PM – 1AM, Monday through Thursday. Mandatory overtime on Friday paid at time and a half.

Training: Conducted on 1st shift, then transition to evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machine to cut parts from various materials
• Proofread and understand paperwork
• Set up dies, insert shims, and lock dies into position
• Thread material, start machine, and inspect samples for conformity
• Follow quality standards and safety guidelines (GMP, OSHA, HACCP, SQF)
