Job summary

Atterro in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Machine Operator on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) at $18.00 per hour. You will operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a fast-paced production environment.

You will set up textile manufacturing equipment, run fiberglass tube production, perform quality inspections, and report issues to supervisors. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1 year of manufacturing experience and strong

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Textile, or related technical training preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing machine operator experience required.
  • Stable work history required.
  • SAP experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up textile manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and work instructions.
  • Operate machinery used in the production of fiberglass tubes and tubed liners.
  • Monitor production runs to ensure efficient operation and consistent product quality.
  • Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs.
  • Identify and correct minor machine malfunctions and assist with major repairs as needed.
  • Report equipment issues and production irregularities to supervisors.
  • Package finished products and complete all required production documentation.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Perform shift handoffs and communicate production updates to incoming team members.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
