Ultimate Staffing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator in Haverhill, MA, to support a packaging manufacturer. The role involves hands-on machinery operation, setup, and routine inspections to ensure quality output.

The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:30pm, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Window Patching equipment to meet quality and production standards.
• Set up machinery according to job specs and production requirements.
• Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Review and follow work orders, schedules, and job specs.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily goals.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and machine changeovers as needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3:30pm

Pay $20-$22/hr

Responsibilities
