Ultimate Staffing, partnering with a leading packaging manufacturer in Haverhill, MA, is seeking a Machine Operator for a stable first-shift opportunity. This role offers $20-$22 per hour, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a contract-to-hire path. No advanced setup required; training provided and a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up machinery for production runs.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine quality inspections throughout production.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and operating procedures.
• Complete production and quality-related documentation accurately.
• Assist with product changeovers and material handling as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to achieve daily goals.
