Employee Workplace in Littleton, MA is seeking a Machine Operator to join a hands-on manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor filling, packaging, labeling, sealing, and handling processes on rotating 12-hour shifts with OT opportunities.

Positions require a high school diploma or GED and prefer candidates with prior manufacturing experience and forklift familiarity. Expect a fast-paced environment with strict safety and GMP adherence.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience operating high-speed production machinery is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment used in filling, packaging, labeling, sealing, and product handling.
• Supply raw materials to production lines and move finished products as needed.
• Perform product inspections and complete required food safety and production documentation.
• Remove damaged materials or products from the production line.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, food safety, and GMP requirements.
• Complete production and shift paperwork accurately.

Now Hiring: Machine Operator

Location: Littleton, MA

Schedules + Pay Info:

1st + 3rd Shift

• Rotating 12-hour shifts
• 1st Week (work 3 days) / 2nd Week (work 4 days)
• Overtime required
• $21 per hour + $1 shift differential

2nd Shift

• Monday - Friday | 3:15 PM - 1:30 AM
• Saturdays required OT
• $21 per hour + $1.50 shift differential
