Job summary

United Performance Metals, An ONI Company, is hiring a Material Handler in Hamilton, OH. The role is on-site with working hours Friday through Sunday from 5:00am to 5:30pm, non-exempt status, and starting wage of $20–$24 per hour depending on experience.

You will support forklift and crane operations, handle materials, and prepare orders for shipment—contributing to efficient inventory control. Benefits include health and dental insurance with no eye premium, paid holidays, 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and crane handling experience.
• Strong material handling and inventory control knowledge.
• Ability to process orders and prepare materials for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from supervisors and operators.
• Operate forklift and crane to move materials safely.
• Maintain inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Pull stock and prepare orders for shipment.
• Check tolerances and quality during handling.
• Package materials and manage space by consolidating items.

Starting Wage: $20-24 depending on experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Following directions from Operators
• General fork truck operator & crane operations & basic material handling
• Assures sufficient supply of goods/inventory control
• Pull material from stock
• Process orders
• Check all specified tolerances
• Package material
• Prepare order to be shipped
• Return unused material to inventory
• Manage space by consolidating material
