United Performance Metals (UPM) in Hamilton, OH is seeking a team member to support continuous improvement. Supported by O’Neal Industries, this role involves forklift and crane operations, basic material handling, and inventory control to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am. This on-site position offers starting wages of $19 to $21 per hour, non-exempt status, and benefits including health/dental, eye coverage, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift and crane equipment.
• Experience in inventory control and material handling.
• Ability to prepare orders and check tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Operators.
• Operate forklift and crane equipment and conduct basic material handling.
• Ensure sufficient supply of goods and manage inventory.
• Pull material from stock.
• Process orders.
• Check all specified tolerances.
• Package material.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Return unused material to inventory.
• Manage space by consolidating material.
