Job summary

ProAmpac, Greensboro, NC-based manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our operations team. This full-time role supports a range of production processes on first or second shift and requires readiness for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

You must stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with tolerance for hot, humid conditions and strict PPE rules. We offer 11 paid holidays, vacation time, attendance bonuses, production bonuses, and a wellness program to

Requirements:

• Must be able to work overtime as needed, including 10 hour shifts, Saturdays and holidays

• Ability to lift 2-8 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. depending on the position
• Tolerance to working in hot, humid conditions
• Must adhere to company policies, safety rules and regulations and wear PPE
• Manufacturing Machine Operator experience preferred

First shift hours: 7 AM - 3 PM Overtime will require earlier start times.

Second shift hours: 3 PM - 11 PM Overtime will require later end times.
