Job summary

ProAmpac in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our production team on the 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift or the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift. Overtime before/after shifts is common.

You will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with some periods in hot, humid conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime, including 10 hour shifts, Saturdays and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk extended periods.
• Constant bending.
• Ability to lift 2-8 lbs continuously and up to 50 lbs depending on the position.
• Tolerance to working in hot, humid conditions.
• Must adhere to company policies, safety rules and PPE.
• Manufacturing Machine Operator experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work overtime as needed, including 10 hour shifts, Saturdays and holidays

• Ability to stand and walk extended periods

• Constant bending

• Ability to lift 2-8 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. depending on the position

• Tolerance to working in hot, humid conditions

• Must adhere to company policies, safety rules and regulations and wear PPE

• Manufacturing Machine Operator experience preferred

First shift hours: 7 AM - 3 PM Overtime will require earlier start times.

Second shift hours: 3 PM - 11 PM Overtime will require later end times.
