Job summary

ProAmpac, based in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to support on-site production lines. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to PPE and safety policies on a 7 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM schedule with overtime potential.

Overtime, weekend hours, and shift flexibility are required. Prior machine operation experience is preferred, and you will work in a manufacturing setting with opportunities for bonuses and a wellness program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime, including 10 hour shifts, Saturdays and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift 2–50 lbs repeatedly depending on position.
• Tolerant to hot, humid conditions in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work overtime as needed, including 10 hour shifts, Saturdays and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk extended periods
• Ability to lift 2-8 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. depending on the position
• Tolerance to working in hot, humid conditions
• Must adhere to company policies, safety rules and regulations and wear PPE
• Manufacturing Machine Operator experience preferred

First shift hours: 7 AM - 3 PM Overtime will require earlier start times.

Second shift hours: 3 PM - 11 PM Overtime will require later end times.
