Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a client in Green Bay with printing industry experience. You will maintain production on a printing machine while overseeing quality, safety, and preventative maintenance.

The role involves basic machine troubleshooting, setups/changeovers, quality checks, and assisting with training junior operators. Hours include day shift 6:00 am–6:00 pm and night shift 6:00 pm–6:00 am on a 2-2-3 non-rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine operator experience in the printing or converting industry.
• Basic math and measuring skills are required.
• Experience conducting quality checks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is required.

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator with printing industry experience to add to our client’s growing team in Green Bay!

The Machine Operator position will be responsible for maintaining production of a printing machine while overseeing quality, safety, preventative maintenance, and additional line equipment. The Machine Operator conducts quality checks, completes basic machine troubleshooting, setups/changeovers, and will assist with training assistant operators.

This is a full-time, direct hire role, with a great organization in the area! Our client has an opening on their day shift and their straight night shift with standard hours of 6:00 am - 6:00 pm for their day shift and 6:00 pm - 6:00 am for their night shift on a 2-2-3 non-rotating schedule.The starting wage range for the experienced Machine Operators is $22-28/hr. based on experience.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of machine operator experience in the printing or converting industry.
• Experienced operating roll clamps or forklifts, preferred.
• Basic math and measuring skills, required.
• Experience conducting quality checks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, required.
