Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; any technical coursework is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and apply maintenance techniques on the floor.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment across the facility, including presses, bindery machines, and related systems.
• Carry out routine mechanical tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, part changes, and equipment adjustments.
• Support preventive maintenance efforts to boost equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Respond to maintenance calls on the production floor and assist with equipment checks and inspections.
• Follow all required safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and hazard reporting, to ensure a safe work environment.
• Keep maintenance logs accurate, tools organized, and the work area clean and orderly.

Schedule is 1st Shift / 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / Monday – Friday. Pay rate is$25.00 – $30.00 per hour.

• Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and simple diagnostic equipment.
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to follow directions and learn new skills in a fast‑paced environment.
