Job Opportunity: Machine Operator

Responsibilities

1. Set up, operate, and maintain equipment such as saws, foam heads, and compounding machinery.
2. Operate and troubleshoot dust collection and robotic stacking equipment.
3. Monitor operations for deviations and communicate with appropriate personnel.
4. Ensure quality measurements (thickness, squareness, width, and length) meet specifications.
5. Assist with all steps of the production process to ensure safe and timely production of quality material.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Additional Requirements

• Work in a smoke-free environment.
• Wear steel-toe shoes.
• Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work up to 8 hours of overtime per week.
• Work on weekends.

Qualifications
