Job summary

Custom Fabricating & Supplies is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires operating die-cutting equipment, performing setups, and ensuring parts meet customer specifications.

You will handle quality inspections with calipers and tape measures, document production data, and work with a safety-minded team to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, job tickets, and production instructions.
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools, including calipers and tape measures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Salary: $20.00 per hour
