Synteen Technical Fabrics, a Maccaferri Company, is hiring a Machine Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role requires performing heavy physical labor, operating heavy machinery, and maintaining reliable attendance in a fast-paced production environment.

The plant is not climate controlled, with airflow aided by multiple fans throughout the facility. Join a growing team and contribute to production efficiency while adhering to safety and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor and lift as required.
• Must be willing and able to operate heavy machinery.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are a MUST.
• Comfortable working on your feet and in a physically demanding environment.
• Plant is NOT climate controlled — temperatures can vary depending on the weather outside.
• The facility has numerous fans throughout the plant to help with airflow.

• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
