Job summary

Baillow Recruiting LLC is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for a growing Fargo area manufacturing company. You will operate equipment to produce exterior building products and help maintain quality during production.

This weekday-only role offers competitive pay ($20.00–$23.00 per hour) and a strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, life insurance, and EAP. Training is available for candidates with the right attitude and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing exposure is preferred, willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce exterior building products.
