• Work alongside colleagues to ensure collective production targets and schedules are met.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established protocols.
• Support the onboarding and skill development of incoming operators.
• Notify leadership immediately regarding any equipment failures or operational concerns.

Required Skills and Experience
