Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator in Eaton, OH to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production setting. The role includes inspecting products, adjusting machinery, and maintaining production records to ensure quality and on-time output.

The position offers pay of $15.00–$16.25 per hour with an additional $1.00/hour attendance bonus on all shifts, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement. Overtime available as needed.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
