Job Title: Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Eagan, MN 55121

Salary: $24–$26/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 40 hours/week

What You’ll Do:

• Operate specialized industrial equipment with precision and care
• Perform setups, machine adjustments, and monitor equipment for proper function
• Maintain product quality and ensure adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues as needed

Equipment Background:

While our machines are niche (slitters), experience with the following is valued:

• Printing presses
• Brake presses
• Laminators
• Die cutters
• Labeling systems
• Card insertion machinery

Requirements:

• 5+ years of verifiable machine operation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Willingness to undergo multiple interviews for the right fit

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
